The Brave New Health Foundation is a non-profit organization based in California with a mission to raise public awareness about the problem of diagnostic errors in medicine. Our 501(c)3 tax-exempt status is still pending with the federal government. Donations made at this time to BNHF will be retroactively tax-deductible if our tax exempt status is granted later. We expect to receive approval in the fall or early winter of 2013. However, if the tax-exempt status of BNHF is denied for any reason, these donations will not be tax deductible.
